Westlink M7 is carrying out planned line marking work on the M7 northbound and southbound exit ramps to M12 Motorway at Elizabeth Drive Interchange, Cecil Park, from 9pm to 5am on Wednesday 8 July 2026 (weather permitting).
Traffic changes and detours
To carry out line marking work safely, there will be a full closure of the M7 northbound and southbound exit ramps to M12 Motorway at Elizabeth Drive Interchange.
Detours will be in place for motorists wishing to enter the M12 Motorway for westbound travel from the M7 Motorway via Elizabeth Drive and Wallgrove Road, Cecil Park.
Overhead variable messages and traffic control signs will alert motorists of changes to traffic conditions.
During work, the M7 Motorway will remain open to traffic, and delays are not expected.
To minimise disruption to motorists, work will be completed at night.
