Westlink M7 is carrying out planned maintenance and night work at Sunnyholt Road Interchange, Kings Langley. To the work safely and minimise disruption to road users, this work will be completed at night.
To do the work safely, ramp closures will be in place from 9pm to 5am over 7 non-consecutive nights from Sunday 16 February 2025 to Monday 24 February 2025 (weather permitting).
During works, the M7 northbound entry and southbound exit ramps at Sunnyholt Road Interchange will be closed from 9pm to 5am on Monday 24 February 2025 and Tuesday 26 February 2025, weather permitting.
Traffic changes and Detours
Road users wishing to enter and exit the M7 Motorway at Sunnyholt Road Interchange can detour via Sunnyholt Road and Old Windsor Road for northbound travel or Quakers Hill Parkway and Richmond Road to Richmond Road Interchange for southbound travel on the M7.
Signage including overhead variable message signs and traffic control signs will alert road users of traffic changes.
The M7 mainline will remain open to traffic and delays are not expected.

Travelling northbound on the M7, exit at Richmond Road Interchange and detour via Riichmond Road to Quakers Hill Parkway.
Travelling citybound, detour via Sunnyholt Road to Old Windsor Road or Vardys Road to Abbott Road.
Travelling southbound on the M7, exit at Abbot Road to detour via Old Windsor Road towards Sunnyholt Road.
Travelling southbound on the M7, detour via Sunnyholt Road or Quakers Hill Parkway or Richond Road to join the motorway at Richmond Road Inerchange.
