Westlink encourages customers travelling on the M7 Motorway during June to plan-ahead and observe signage while planned maintenance works are carried out at the Norwest Boulevard Interchange, Glenwood, from 9pm to 5am on Thursday 18 June 2026 (weather permitting).
Traffic changes and detours
During works, the M7 northbound/eastbound exit and southbound/westbound entry ramps at Norwest Boulevard Interchange will fully close.
Detours for motorists wishing to enter and exit the M7 Motorway at Norwest Boulevard will be in place via Sunnyholt Road and Old Windsor Road.
Overhead variable message signs and traffic control signs will alert motorists to traffic changes.
This work is being carried out at night for the safety of our workers and to minimise impact on the travelling public.
All ramps will remain open during the day.
