Unfortunately, due to such factors as adverse weather, works have been delayed on some work areas of the Westlink M7 shared path. As a result, it is not possible for those areas of the path to be safely reopened over the Easter weekend for public use.  

Westlink M7 apologises for any inconvenience.

The areas which will be closed to the public during Easter include:

·         Richmond Road, Dean Park – Eastern Road, Rooty Hill – CLOSED WITH A DETOUR until May 2011

·         Old Wallgrove Road, Eastern Creek – The Horsley Drive, Horsley Park – CLOSED WITH NO DETOUR until May 2011

·         Bernera Road – Kurrajong Road, Prestons – CLOSED WITH NO DETOUR until May 2011

We continue to work through the 12 month rolling resurfacing works program in an effort to maintain the target of completion by mid year, and look forward to the path being fully accessible to the public again. We appreciate your ongoing patience while these works are carried out.
